Walking Outdoors is Awesome!

Today, I went out for a nice outdoor walk after my morning black coffee.
It is a new found routine after settling here in the province,
wake up at 5 am to find design inspiration for my daily contents.
As a design creator, daily design inspiration is my spring board to productivity.
So by all means, I'll do it, and not to be defeated by any form of procrastination.
Some ways are googling, to find design trends, or watching T.V., listening to documentaries etc. However, those helpful technologies can burnt you out
as well because of digital overload. I really hate that feeling.
Now, going back to my new-found routine, it helps me so much.
It Enhanced my mood to think of new things, not only design stuff,
but also helps me with daily chores, such as food to cook, places to go outside
in the afternoon, anything that involves me and my family as well.
Going outdoors gives me a better sleep, naturally. I don't know why,
but I am restful every morning, maybe because I almost complete
the 8 hours of sleep every night. If it's 10 pm, my body just get use to it.
And lastly, I feel like I belong to the local community when I go out early in the morning. It gives me this vibe of a stronger connection to the society that I'm around with, and even the environment, like small and round tree leaves are falling everywhere, the smell of someone cooking their morning meals to, the "hi" and "hellos and small-talks with every household neighbors, All of these are awesome stuff.
So, yes, maybe this insight might fit your daily routine. Just try it and you'll see
what going out every morning will benefit your lifestyle.
